• Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines depend on your location and shipping partner availability. Typical delivery time within India is 5–10 business days.
• International shipping (if applicable) may take longer and may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
• Root Soul is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.
• We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or above certain cart values.

3. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@therootsoul.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Products purchased on sale, during clearance, or customized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
• Shipping costs for return pickups may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping charges, COD fees (if applicable), and handling charges are non-refundable.
• In case of defective or wrong product delivery, a full refund including shipping charges will be provided.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you may return it as per the return policy and place a new order separately.
